Yoga Classes
By using Hatha Yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditative practices, we open the body, and mind to a new sense of wellness, release, and awareness. Our classes are designed for beginners to intermediate yoga practitioners, with Debra Monaco, a certified Yoga instructor, with over 20 years of practice. Come experience our small classes and personal attention while opening your mind and body, in our intimate, quiet setting. All classes are 90 minutes long and promise to help you Feel Well
Body Care Treatments available
Extra Gentle Yoga
This is a slow and steady class using only small ranges of movement. It is geared towards relaxation and employs non-threatening and noncompetitive postures. This is a great class for those reintroducing their bodies to movement and exercise. It is great for pregnant women or those who may be physically challenged. Class time is one hour.
Yoga
This is a beginning class designed to teach basic yoga postures. The student will never be pushed beyond their ability, but some may find this class somewhat challenging. Class time is one hour and 15 minutes.
Yoga Plus
This class incorporates the basic yoga postures, adds more challenging postures, and introduces some flowing sequences (not every class). The student will never be pushed beyond their ability but some may find this class somewhat challenging. Class time is one hour 30 minutes.
Price
There are two options for paying for yoga. Please choose the option that is best suited for your needs.
1) Pay as you go: For this option you pay for each class as you take it.
2) Yoga Package: Pay for ten classes in advance and get a $20 discount.
For this option you get a guaranteed weekly spot in the class you registered for. You have a 12 week period to attend 10 classes. No classes can be made up after the 10 week period.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Otherwise you will be charged for the class.
